It is official now. Karthika, the daughter of yesteryears dream girl Radha, is no more part of Vishal’s forthcoming film ‘Madha Gaja Raja’, directed by Sundar. Instead, C. Tapsee Pannu has been roped in to replace her.
While the talk in the industry is that Karthika is irked with the reduced importance to her character in the script and hence walked out of the project, her mother Rahda strongly denies it.
“We had some date issues since the shooting of ‘Madha Gaja Raja’ is postponed. When we explained this to director Sundar, he was graceful to relieve Karthika from the project. We are thankful to him,” she says.
Radha adds: “Karthika will sure work in the direction of Sundar in the future. She is at present busy with some interesting projects and talks are on to sign few more. The year ahead looks promising for her.”
