While the whole country is waiting to know about Rajinikanth’s much awaited Rana, here we bring you the breaking news! Director K.S. Ravikumar has confirmed to a leading daily that the film will go on floors immediately after the completion of Kochadaiyaan.
Rana is a big-budget action flick in which Rajni plays triple role. Unlike Muthu and Padayappa, Rana is a period flick! The roles involve intense physical activity like horse riding and each costume weighs around 25 kilos. The film has Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone as the leading lady and Sonu Sood plays the baddie. Oscar winning musician A.R. Rahman will compose the music while Ratnavelu handles the camera. The film is jointly produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth and Eros International.
It is said that in Rana, not a single frame can be shot without the Superstar.
