Noted Malayalam film actor Machan Varghese died here today at a private hospital following a brief illness, hospital sources said.
He was 50. The condition of Varghese became serious a few days ago and he was on ventilation for the last four days, they said.
Varghese’s last released film was ‘Best of Luck’.
He acted in several films in the past two decades, including ‘Punjabi House’, ‘Thilakkam’, ‘Thenkasi Pattanam’, ‘Mannar Mathai Speaking’, ‘Meesa Madhavan’, ‘Friends’ and ‘CID Moosa’.
