If reports are to be believed, ace director Ranjith and megastar Mammootty are planning to remake Padmarajan’s 1986 super hit Arappatta Kettiya Gramathil. The original, penned by Padmarajan himself, starred Mammootty, Ashokan, Kanakalatha, Nedumudi Venu, Unnimary, Sukumari and Jagathi Sreekumar in major roles.
