Madhavan has confirmed that he would do a crucial role in ‘Vettai’, a film which will be directed by Lingusamy and produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri.
Interestingly, the movie is going to be a double delight for the actor and his fans, for he would be there in the Tamil and Telugu versions of the project. While the Tamil version would have Arya alongside with him, the Tollywood version would feature Mahesh Babu in the lead role.
“After ‘Run’, it is my longtime wish to work with Lingusamy again. Happy that it is coming true with ‘Vettai’. Quite like ‘Run’, all sections of the audience would enjoy watching Vettai”, Maddy says.
Describing Arya as his good friend, the actor says, “He didn’t even listen to the script after coming to know that I would be there to share the screen space with him. I would also like to say that the storyline and treatment by Lingusamy would be a major strength”.
Meanwhile, producer Dhayanidhi Alagiri has said, “I am eagerly looking forward for the shoot (of ‘Vettai’) to start. This would be one of our big productions we have top technicians of Tamil cinema working on this movie”.
