The Kannada films that are releasing this month have to contend with the competition of hugely awaited non Kannada films which are hitting simultaneously in the theatres in Karnataka. As though the competition from Enthiran along with its two versions and the Telugu film Mahesh Khaleeja was not enough, two big budget Kannada films are also releasing on October 15 to fight it out for major sweep stakes.
These are the Puneet Raj Kumar, Bhavana starrer Jackie and Kichcha Huchcha directed by Gurudatt. Jackie which had announced its release on October 14 will be released a day later, while Kichcha Huchcha has announced that the film is to be released on the same day.
Kichcha Huchcha is the remake of the Tamil film Chiththiram Pesudadi. It may face one more problem as director S.Narayan already annouced that Veera Parampare will be released on October 22. There fore two big films of Sudeep will be releasing within a span of a week. However, the producers of both the Sudeep films are adamant that they are not postponing their releases for any reasons.
