After playing a different role as Kocherukkan and sporting four get ups in director Aji John’s Nallavan, reigning young Malayalam hero Jayasurya will essay the role of a RJ in director of Leo Thaddeu’s (Pachamarathanalil fame) Payyans, produced by P.A. Naushad. Notably, Jayasurya needed no additional preparation for this role as he did anchoring for a local channel.
Anjali is the heroine. Rohini will play Jayasurya’s mother and director-producer-distributor-actor Lal will be seen as Jayasurya’s father. The film also has Jagathy, Saikumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Guinness Pakru in the cast. Music is by Alphonse.
