Vijay’s Kaththi has huge expectations among fans and after the recently released movie making video, posters and today’s press meet, expectations on Kaththi are sky scattering.
Kaththi makers have met press this morning, as Lyca Productions wants to clear the air before Kaththi audio launch. “Some rumors have been making rounds and it’s our duty to clarify it to the media and public” says Karuna of Ayangaran International.
Speaking at the press meet, Subaskaran Allirajah of Lyca Productions confirmed that they are not planning to sell Kaththi rights and will release the film on their home banner.
Clarifying the allegations on Kaththi, Subaskaran said, “Two days of my income is equal to Kaththi’s total budget. Why will I take somebody’s financial support? Why will Rajapakse fund money for a company that earns 3 billions?”, questioned the producer.
“After Superstar Rajinikanth, Vijay has the second largest fans club in Tamil Film industry. Not only Kaththi, any film/Art form should not be banned/stopped. Who are these organisations to stop? Are they better than people? Let people decide”, Subaskaran added.
Huge treat for Ilayathalapathy fans this week with Kaththi posters, stills, music album and teaser lined up for showdown till September 18. Makers are trying to book as many theaters as possible to release Kaththi for this Diwali.
AR Murugadoss directed Kaththi has Anirudh musical. Samantha, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Tota Roy and others played important roles.
