Famous lyric writer and producer East Coast Vijayan is producing and directing Mohabbath, a Muslim social romantic drama.Meera Jasmine is the heroine and is cast opposite new boy Anand Michael and Munna (Ravanan fame).
East Coast Vijayan said: “Mohabbath is a modern romantic film and is a triangular love story set against a rich Muslim family background. It has five songs written by Vayalar Sarathchandra Varma and set to score by old timer N Balakrishnan”.
Meera Jasmine is once again playing a Muslim girl Sajna after her National Award winning TV Chandran’s Paadam Onnu: Oru Vilappam and Kamal’s Perumazhakkalam.
The others in the cast are Nedumudi Venu, Jagathy, Salim Kumar, Suraj Venjaranmoodu and Sari.
