ate director Bharathan’s son Siddharth will shortly remake his father’s big classic success ‘Nidhra’. The movie produced under the banner of Kuttamath films, will be remade with the title ‘Suhruthu’.
The movie will feature Reema Kallingal and debutante Manu in the lead roles that was played by Vijay Menon and Shanthikrishna in the original. Bharathan’s wife and Siddharth’s mother K P A C Lalitha will play the same role that she had played in the original.
The shoot of the movie that is expected to start on January 5 at Aranmula, will be cinematographed by Venugopal. Scripted by Vinu Kiriyath and Sidharth, the movie will be presented in a different narrative style from the original.
