Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan indulged in the passion play of an altogether different kind while shooting for a scene in director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Guzaarish. Since Hrithik plays a paraplegic who can’t feel a thing below his neck, a typical lovemaking scene between him and his nurse, played by Aishwarya, was clearly out of question.
What director Bhansali incorporated rather was a mock lovemaking scene, in which Ash gives a massage to Hrithik’s foot to ensure proper circulation of blood. That’s when Hrithik begins to feign the moans and sighs of sexual ecstasy. Ash too takes the cue and makes lovemaking noises – the oohs! and aahs! – in the scene.
In this way, the couple pretend having sex while not being physical at all.
According to Bhansali, the scene is funny rather than titillating.
