HYDERABAD: Actor Chiranjeevi is all set to introduce his son Ram Charan Theja in Tamil with ‘Maaveeran’. The Ram Charan Theja and Kajal Agarwal-starrer film ‘Magadheera’ was a blockbuster movie in Telugu. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film was released with over 450 prints across the globe in over 1,200 screens.
A huge box office hit, the movie will soon be released in Tamil as ‘Maaveeran’.
With a few changes to suit the Tamil audience, the film crew had recently shot the scenes involving the lead pairs in Chennai, Pollachi and Vizag. With over 500 dancers, a song featuring Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi and Mumaith Kahn was shot at Chennai Harbour recently.
The movie also stars Sri Hari, Dev Gil, Sarath Babu and Brhamanandham among others. While dialogues have been penned by director K Bhagyarj, songs are by Vaali. Produced by Geetha Arts, Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies will release the film in Tamil and Sony Music would release the audio shortly.
