Two days after Mammootty and Mohanlal were raided by Income Tax (IT)
department and brought under the scanner, superstar Dileep attended
IT’s cultural festival.
Dileep had the IT men and their families laughing with his brand of
comedy.
Says Dileep: “The moment IT department invited me for the
function I cancelled all my shoot. And if I don’t come to you , all
that is required is a phone call to question me and I will rush to be
here.”
On M & M being accused of evading taxes, Dileep said: “Please don’t
see us as trouble makers and tax evaders. It is just that we are not
good in numbers.”
Dileep can be proud that he is one of the highest tax payers in Kerala
