She pairs up with Pawan Kalyan for the first time in his next film titled Gabbar Singh, a remake of Salman Khan`s Dabangg. She is penciled in to do the role originally done by Sonakshi.
Salman and Sonakshi scorched the screen with their chemistry. Pawan, who is also the producer for this film, felt that Kajal and his pairing would look fresh.
