Karthi, the actor who is only 6 films old to Tamil film industry has placed himself in the list of Kollywood A-stars, which has Superstar Rajinikanth, Kamal Hassan, Vikram, Ajith, Vijay, Suriya et al.
The actor, who has debuted into film industry in 2007 with Paruthiveeran and won many applauses and awards for his performance in his debutant movie itself, has so far acted in 6 Tamil films namely, Aayirathil Oruvan, Paiyaa, Naan Mahaan Alla, Siruthai, Saguni and a cameo appearance in KV Anand directed Ko.
Karthi is lined up with 3 back to back projects lined up in his kitty, Anushka starring Alex Pandian with director Suraaj, M Rajesh’s All in All Azhagu Raja, Venkat Prabhu directing Biriyani with Richa and has recently signed an ace producer for a remuneration of Rs.14cr, which also makes him join the bandwagon of top starts in the industry.
