Akkineni Nagarjuna’s period film Rajanna release has been confirmed on December 23. Rajanna is inspired from the life of Telangana writer Suddala Hanumanthu and the makers are in plans to release the movie in record number of theaters which will be highest in Nag’s career so far.
Writer Vijayendra Prasad has wielded the megaphone for the film while the action episodes of the film were canned by director SS Rajamouli. Nagarjuna produced the film on Annapurna Studios banner. Rajanna is currently undergoing DTS mixing while the re-recording works have recently wrapped up. Sneha played the leading lady while Keeravani scored the tunes.
