Art house director Priyanandanan had cherished a secret desire for acting apart from directing quality films. Earlier he had been part of a couple of films donning short roles. But now for ‘Thoramazhayathu’, a movie directed by his assistant Harihardas, Priyanandanan will appear as a full fledged protagonist.
Based on a short story by C V Balakrishnan in the same title, the movie will be a short film extending to a little more than ten minutes. The movie will feature rain in its backdrop in almost all frames. The other important character in the movie will be played by Kumari Jayashree Shivadas, who played a major role in ‘Oridathoru Puzhayundu’.
