Superstar Rajnikanth accompanied by his family offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara at Tirupathi Tirumala temple on Thursday (September 9) night.
The newly weds Soundarya and Ashwin who were part of the Rajinikanth entourage were the cynosure of all eyes.
The superstar arrived at Tirumala in the evening and worshipped the Lord during the evening break darshan.
The temple officials guided his entourage and administered him Ashirwachanam .
Later, speaking to reporters, Rajinikanth said that his latest film Enthiran will be releasing on September 24, followed soon by Sultan-The Warrior.
Rajinikanth said that he felt happy to be worshipping the Lord after performing the marriage of his daughter. He also welcomed the decision of Chiranjeevi to make a re-entry into films.
