Looks like wedding is the flavour of the season in B-town. After actress Lara Dutta and Gul Panag’s wedding, actor Sammir Dattani recently got married to long time girlfriend Ritika Jolly in Dehradun.
The excited groom, who was last seen in ‘I Hate Luv Storys’, arrived at the venue in a vintage car while family members danced to the tunes of a live band. Sammir, who wore a white sherwani designed by his sisters, also shook a leg with the baraatis.
The bride looked breathtaking in a red and gold lehenga. Ritika had revamped her mother’s lehenga and made it her own size. “I based it on my mom`s Pakistani style lehenga which is just exquisite,” she said.
The couple will host a gala reception March 21 in Mumbai for friends and colleagues.
