Srikanth opts for varied subjects

Hero Srikanth said that he would be coming up with even more varied themes in his films hereafter.
Speaking to reporters at Tirumala, after the darshan of Lord Venkateswara, Srikanth said that the fact that he had completed 100 movies in his career had always puzzled him. “It is all but for the blessings of the Lord. I will continue to do more films and with different subjects. Despite the talent and merit, an actor will not succeed in his career unless he has the blessings of the audience. In this respect, I am ever grateful to them.”

He declined to comment on the land dispute between himself and senior Congress leader G. Venkataswami at the outskirts of Hyderabad. “Now I am here for Lord’s darshan. I don’t prefer to talk about disputes and politics, please,” he said.

The temple officials guided Srikanth and his entourage to the darshan and offered him temple prasadams and `ashirwachanam` at Ranganayakula mandapam. His latest film Ranga The Donga is ready for release.
