Prithviraj celebrated his birthday on Saturday. He was showered with wishes from his friends, peers and fans. Important among them was Genelia, his co-star in Santosh Sivan-directed period film ‘Urumi.’
“Here is wishing Prithviraj a super birthday. Have a fantastic year ahead filled with love, luck, good health and happiness always. Have a good one”, the actress said in her greeting message.
“Thank you Geni,” was the actor’s reply to Genelia. He also expressed gratitude to everyone who had wished him, saying: “Thank you all for the birthday wishes and thank you all for the best birthday gift ever – Anwar!” (his latest Malayalam superhit, opposite Mamta)
In Anwar, Prithviraj plays the role of an orphan who becomes the right hand man of a religious leader he meets in jail. The movie is set in Kerala and is setting box offices ringing.
