Madras High court announced an interim ban on Dhanush starrer Venghai in a case filed against the film by producer Kalai Selvam.
Producer Kalai Selvam claimed in his statement that the title Venghai was first registered by him and he also confesses that the movie is on progress. Now, that the film is heading for its release in just few days the court has banned the film. We have recently seen Sun pictures has dropped the distribution rights of the film and now the film hitting another problem has become the prime news among the film buffs.
Venghai also cleared the censors with U/A certificate and the producer Bharathi Reddy is also in talks with the distributors and booking the screens for the film’s release.
Dhanush and Tamannaah are playing the main lead while Raj Kiran, Goundamani, Senthil, Prakash Raj and others are playing other pivotal roles.
Let us hope for the best and wish that the film releases as per the scheduled date, July 7th.
