Few will remember that it was in the 1983 hit ‘Kattathe kilikkoodu’ directed by Bharathan, 
which brought together the pair of Revathy and Mohanlal for the first time on screen. It was Revathy’s first film in Malayalam which itself made hundreds of fans for the star and the pair. Thereafter, The pair was seen together in many more hit films like ‘Kilukkam’, Varavelpu’ and ‘Devasuram’.
Now after 28 years from their first film Mohanlal will be seen again with Revathy for the movie titled as “Sneham+Ishtam=Amma”. Mohanlal will appear as a Ghazal singer named Raziq Udhay Bhai in this movie while Revathy will be in the role of a writer named Sreedevi. Lal will be in a cameo role in the movie directed by late Bharathan’s associate Jayachandran Ayilara
