Nakul is busy practicing basketball of late, courtesy his forthcoming film to be directed by ‘Eeram’ fame Arivazhagan. “The movie has the young actor playing the role of a basketball player,” say circles close to the director.
To be produced by Aascar Ravichandran, the movie which would go on floors soon has not been named yet. “The director is looking for a perfect Tamil title which would suit the script,” they add.
Says Arivazhagan, “I am accompanying Nakul to basketball coaching classes. Films based on sports are rarity in Tamil cinema. Our venture will fill the gap. It will be a different attempt.”
The former associate of Shankar adds: “I believe Nakul would fit well to the sportsman role since his face is so expressive. Living up to my expectations, he is working hard even before the shooting has started.”
