Popular Telugu director Kodi Ramakrishna’s devotional film titled Baba Satya Sai, based on the life of spiritual guru Satya Sai Baba, started rolling on Thursday at Puttaparthi. The film is simultaneously being made in five languages, including Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
The shooting commenced at 7.30 a.m. at Satthema Gudi in Puttaparthi. As per sources, the shooting will continue at the same locality for some time. The film is produced by Vanapalli Baburao and former Congress MP Harirama Jogaiah.
The makers including producers, director and lyricist Jonnavithula Ramalingeswara Rao recently spent several weeks at Puttaparthi to know more details about Satya Sai Baba. We hear that Prakashraj will play the lead role as Satya Sai Baba, but this is not confirmed.
