The trilingual (Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam) audio release of Mahesh Babu starrer Businessman was released amidst fanfare at Shilpakala Vedika, Hyderabad on Thursday night.
Made on RR Movie Makers` banner and produced by Venkat, the movie is directed by Puri Jagannath, with Kajal Agarwal as the heroine.
Dr D. Ramanaidu, Krishna, Vijaya Nirmala, Mahesh Babu, Rajamouli, Seenu Vytla, Achhi Reddy, Suresh Reddy, Nazar, Charmme, Thaman, Namrata, Ramesh Puppala, Bangkok Bobby, Gopi, Nisha Agarwal, Bhaskarabatla Ravikumar, Anil Sunkara, Ram and others took part in the event.
The Tamil version of the audio was unveiled by Krishna and Vijaya Nirmala. The Malayalam album was released by Rajamouli, Charmme and Achhi Reddy. Seenu Vytla released the Telugu audio version. The memory card of the Businessman was released by Mahesh Babu.
Superstar Krishna said: “I sincerely thank all the guests here. Pokiri crossed all the records in eighty years. I hope Businessman will cross all these records and would internationally collect Rs 150 Crores. Thaman gave wonderful music. It is for the first time on the Indian panorama that an audio function is held for a trilingual release.”
Rajamouli said: “I wish Mahesh Babu become like Rajnikanth with Businessman. Rajinikanth has a strong fan base in Andhra Pradesh. Likewise, I wish Mahesh Babu to take on Malayalam and Tamil industries. Whenever Puri Jagan scores a hit, my wife would ask me go to Puri and learn how to finish a film early. I told her that I would take a two-day orientation class with Puri for my next film.
“I wish to do a film with Mahesh Babu. It is yet to be decided, whether it could be `Alluri Seetha Ramaraju` or `Gudachari 116`. The fans of Mahesh have to decide on it.”
Puri Jagannath said: “I felt a real kick while working with Mahesh. He is ten times faster than our imagination. If we are shooting with Mahesh, we can sleep at nights. We absolutely finished the shoot in just 76 days. I sincerely thank him for it.”
Seenu Vytla said: “Dookudu was a blockbuster. I wish Businessman would become even more powerful. Thaman and Puri did a great job with the film. Trailers are fantastic.”
Dil Raju said: “I wish to do a film with Puri Jagannath on my banner. He can choose any subject he likes.”
Mahesh Babu said: “I am extremely happy today. My Dookudu team is here. The shooting was completed at an amazing speed. The dialogues are rocking. Puri said he did not write the dialogues, but that I had possessed him and made him write it down. Thaman`s music is another highlight. Shyam K. Naidu projected me well. Kajal did wonderfully well.
Businessman will be out for you all on January 11.”
