Ravi Teja’s Mirapakaya has emerged to be the big hit of the season by collecting around Rs. 17.02 crores in first week.
It collected Rs. 4,75,50,000 in Nizam, Rs. 3,05,15,000 in Ceded, Rs. 90,23,000 in Krishna, Rs. 1,25,88,000 in Guntur, Rs. 60,46,000 in Nellore, Rs. 1,40,55,000 in Vizag, Rs. 1,01,75,000 in Karnataka, Rs. 20,93,000 in Orissa and Rs. 25,76,000 in Tamil Nadu.
Meanwhile, for the first time in his career, Ravi Teja has ventured into film distribution by taking the distribution rights of Mirapakaya for the Nizam area. According to sources, Ravi Teja decided to distribute the film in Nizam area through Allu Aravind’s Geeta Arts to recover his remuneration that the film’s producer Puppala Ramesh failed to pay on time!
